A once-off registration fee for your team t-shirt and a seasonal league fee will secure your spot in a LHB team.

Games are played at the Brackenfell or Kraaifontein rugby club fields.
Monday nights from 18h30 -> 21h30.

Club / Team Guidelines, Rules & Regulations
Firstly, the goal & purpose of the club is to give players the opportunity to play touch rugby with others and to be able to enjoy the game in a structured way.
But to make that possible we have to agree on some ground rules.
By joining a LHB club/team I agree to abide to the following rules to the best of my abilities.
If not the team captain / team / club manager has the reponsibility to suspend the offending player.
1. Play the game in good spirits and to firstly enjoy it. It is just for fun.
2. Be friendly and good mannered in my conduct
3. Not to challenge or backchat the referee in any way
4. Not to cause or stir tensions with teammates and / or especially opponents
5. Be on time for games and give sufficient (4 hours) notice if not able to join
6. Subtitute regularly, +- every 5 minutes maximum so all team members get a chance to play
7. If a player feels his/her temper rising, take a break.
8. The team captain also has the responsibility to take a player off if he/she is found to cause problems.
